Reqwired's 'user registration' form and 'continuing education profile registration' forms require users to provide contact information (such as name and e-mail address), unique user identifiers (such as license numbers), and demographic information (such as address, age, and area(s) of practice). The information collected is used 1) to improve the content of our site and 2) to customize for each individual user the content and/or layout of the pages that comprise the site as well as the informational e-mails that we send to consenting users. Users' contact information may also be used to contact the user when necessary.

Our site has the capability of permitting employers to view the continuing education status of their employees who are also registered users of our site. However, no user/employee's information will be revealed to any employer without the consent of the user/employee.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose information about users' individual visits to www.reqwired.com or users' personal information to any outside parties, except when we believe it is required by law or to protect Reqwired, Inc., our users, or others. Users, who after opting to allow employers to view their records now wish to opt-out, may do so by editing their personal profile.

Users may change the personal information contained in their personal profiles and continuing education profiles at any time using the commands found on our site.

Our site has appropriate security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Although we cannot guarantee the privacy of our users' personal information, we believe our security system adequately protects our users' information.

Our site sets a cookie during a user's session with our site. The primary purpose of the cookie is to keep the session live for the user so that the user does not have to re-enter his/her username and password several times during a particular session. The cookie is terminated at the conclusion of the user's session. Cookies are not permanently written to the user's computer.

Users do not have to accept cookies in order to use our site. Users will be able to experience the site's full capability without accepting cookies.

Our site has an area where users can submit feedback, suggestions, or corrections. Any information that is submitted through this area is the property of Reqwired, Inc.
